• It’s summer, so it’s really hot out. Lots of concert tickets going on sale, daughter has started at a new gymnastics gym, and son is training before heading out of state to play AAA hockey next season.

Books: I am currently reading A Meditators Guide to Buddhism, The Mindful Path to Self-Compassion, and listening to Turning Confusion into Clarity.

TV: Currently rewatching The Office with my wife, though she watches without me as well, so I am not catching every episode, and I am also watching Welcome to Wrexham.
